I have had the pleasure of dealing with this company for over 6 years and have found them to be professional and helpful at all times. All members of staff go out of their way to help and are always friendly. I would strongly recommend visiting the showroom if you are able, to really appreciate the quality of their products. Very competitively priced with excellent stock levels. The ever increasing Christmas collection and florals are outstanding.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Have had so many issues with them. Firstly they missed me off the mail list so received no communication, once I was finally added I still received no communication or delivery dates for stock and when I finally got a delivery date from someone after multiple emails, these dates were constantly changed, 3 months in and still no sign of delivery. Spoke with the M.D who was the rudest man I have ever spoken to, no apology what so ever and just denied and blamed the customer instead of actually looking into my complaint! Have been waiting on stock of a table for over 3 months and he has now decided to cancel my orders with no warning! He has been reported to trading standards, but strongly suggest you do not use this company. They fail to communicate, email back and constantly keep you waiting for goods much longer than any of their competitors! The M.D couldn't run a bath let alone a business like this!! They are now ignoring all my emails and will not respond! They really are a disgrace and will make sure everyone I speak to knows this!! If I could give no stars I would!!!
